How a 4-Week MVP Unfolds

You're in control
at every step.
We prove it.

From idea to live product in 4 weeks — and the 30 days of support that follow. We focus on Core Features only, we protect your cash flow, and you always know exactly what's happening next.

01
Week 1

We listen before we suggest anything.

The first conversation is about you — your business, your customers, your goals, and what success actually looks like. We ask the questions most developers skip, so we never build something you didn't need.

You receive a written summary of our understanding before anything is signed. If we got something wrong, you tell us. Then we adjust.
02
Week 1–2

You see the full plan before committing a pound.

Your proposal includes the complete technical approach, a phased delivery timeline, and a transparent pricing breakdown. No vague estimates. No hidden costs. You decide whether to proceed with full information.

Every proposal includes 2 free revision rounds. We want you to feel fully confident — not pressured.
03
Week 2–8

Every two weeks, you touch real software.

No waiting months to see if we understood you right. Every two weeks you receive working software you can open, test, and break. Your feedback shapes the next sprint — not a change request invoice.

Each sprint ends with a demo call and a written summary. You always know what was built and what's coming next.
04
Final 2 Weeks

Your users get a product that actually works.

Before anything reaches your customers, it goes through functional testing, performance benchmarking, security review, and cross-device QA. Your reputation is on the line — we take that seriously.

You receive a full written QA report with every delivery. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
05
Delivery

You launch with confidence — not anxiety.

We handle deployment, DNS, monitoring, and environment setup. You receive full documentation, a recorded video walkthrough of your product, and a live handover session. Then we stay available for 30 days after launch — because real problems surface in the first month.

The 30-day post-launch period is included in every project. Not as a paid extra — because it's the right thing to do.

Three things you get with Corv
that most partners don't offer.

01

Everything in writing, always.

Every decision, change, and scope discussion is documented and shared with you. You'll never wonder what you agreed to, what was built, or what you're paying for. Your project belongs to you — you should be able to see all of it.

02

Your feedback shapes the build — not an invoice.

Most agencies show you the finished product, then charge for anything you want changed. We give you working software every two weeks specifically so your feedback costs nothing and fixes everything early.

03

We're still there when it gets hard.

The first month after launch is when real-world issues appear. Most agencies have already invoiced and moved on. Corv's 30-day post-launch support exists because we care about what happens after the celebration ends.
